Do both applicators com with their own case?

Great question! Only the Mini comes with a travel case. The Full-Size travel case that holds the brush and a tube of diaper cream can be bought separately on Amazon as well. :)

is it possible to get pink and green instead of blue and green?

Hi! Thank you for your question. We do not have that color combo option on Amazon but you can choose any color combo you want on our website. :)

Does this order come with two bum brushes? An original size and the mini size?

Thank you for your question! This does come with 2 bum brushes, the full and the mini size with the travel case. :)

Do you make a longer version of this?

The longest version that we have is our full size which is on the left in the picture that you provided. :)
