Review: Brilliant replacement sisal rope - I haven't replaced the rope on the cat scratching post before so have nothing to compare this one to as far as durability goes, time will tell. However, I am very impressed with this sisal rope. It's thicker than the original, I took a photo of the post after I started removing what was left of the original. Easy to do with a glue gun. Have plenty left over. Even added some to another post where the material was being clawed at so I don't have to replace that. I would order again when the need arises.

**Q: Hello. Is this sisal rope? In the product description it's described as sisal, hemp and jute. I'm confused & only want sisal. Thank you in advance.**
A: I think it is sisal but I cannot be 100%. It was flexible to use. I used it to create a cat scratching pole. It does the job well and is lasting.

**Q: Is the white version brilliant/bright white or off white and a bit creamy? I want bright white.**
A: It is NOT brilliant white Martina.It is more of a digestive biscuit colour.I used it to renew a cat- scratching pole in places where original was pulled away.It actually has done a good job & still remains intact whereas the original has started to pull away again.

**Q: Do you need to have a glue gun!???**
A: It's better to use glue gun, or small screw with big washer or glue. It depends on your actual situation
