Be warned, this is a tiny nose ring, so if you're new to this type of body jewelry or are unsure of what size to get, don't start with this size. It's only good for nose piercings close to the edge of the nostril, as mine is. However, because my piercing is so close to the nostril's edge, it means traditional nose rings are too big and bulky, and look ridiculous hanging off my nose--like metallic boogers. I've been wearing studs, but I have problems with those, too, mainly in the form of continually pulling them out by accident and losing them. So I've been searching for a suitable ring for quite some time. And this is it.The ends are nice and rounded, so they don't irritate as the ring is inserted. Initially, the ring is a bit difficult to insert, especially when it comes to pushing the ends closed--small ring, tender nose flesh, and stiff wire all combine to make it almost impossible to get a good grip. However, it can be done and once the ring is closed, it turns freely in the piercing. The ring is so comfortable and lightweight, it nearly disappears and I almost forget it's there. Frankly, I love it and once Christmas is over and I have a bit more money to spend, I'll be getting a couple more in different colors.

I love this item. I bought a silver and black and gave the black one to my husband and the color isn't going anywhere! Fits securely and is comfortable. Was fairly easy to get in and it's a little tougher to close but that's just how nice and sturdy it is. The gauge is perfect, my old one bent in a weird way that made it have a straight side to it instead of being round. I know this won't happen with these because it's very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Bought these hoping they wouldn’t tarnish like other cheaper ones I had bought. Unfortunately, they tarnish! More money does not mean better value! Why can’t you get a green nose ring that stays green!

I've had this nose ring for over a year and normally wear it for several weeks or months at a time. It's been a victim to showering, swimming, etc. and it's still in great shape and HASN'T CHANGED COLORS. Additionally, although it's small, 6mm is the perfect size for me -- I have small features and it sits perfectly flush against my nostril, yay!

8mm is super small, but once they are put in they are super cute! Delicate, gold, pinterest worthy piercings. I watched youtube vidoes on how to put them in my cartilage piercings, and they were in within in seconds. They are not perfectly lined up, however that is going to be difficult with any kind of hoop like this. The earring rotates perfectly fine through the (healed for at least a year) hole.

Not surgical steel. Black paint rubbed off. Piercing got infected after having the hoop in for only an hour even though both the piercing and the hoop were disinfected.

i’ve had this nose ring for about 4 years now; i had already written a review when i first got it but it definitely deserves another.i’ve worn this nose ring 4 years straight and its still in perfect condition. hasn't changed color at all and have not had an infection or any other issues (and i’m very prone to getting piercings infected)i got the gold colored one, so if you’ve been thinking about getting it you definitely should.
