Hydrofarm HGBB6 6' Natural, Pack of 25 Bamboo Stake, 6 Foot, Tan

These are awesome. I usually buy the ones at the big box store but I wanted to give these a try. They are cheaper and three times thicker. These are the thickness of my thumb, instead of a pencil. Long, strong, and MUCH more supportive. There are some minor splits, which is not unusual with wood items, but it doesn't hurt anything. I will never buy the other stakes from the store again.

Awesome item for plants. I'm making my own trellis for my climbing plants and much cheaper to make than to buy the trellises. Glue gun and zip ties is all you'll need. These are STRONG and really nice natural color. Should last forever.

I like natural gardening items if possible. These bamboo stakes are sturdy, natural and affordable. Happy with purchase.

What can you say about bamboo stakes? Plenty. Every one of these are basically straight the entire length. They all seem to be at least 1/2 across and this gives the individual stakes great strength. I am using these to hold a snow fence in place around a raised bed garden I have made. I expect they will do the job right nicely! I live in Florida and I have some tall plants so the 8' length will be just what I need for these plants when the high winds blow and they will. For shorter plants it is easy enough to cut these to size. I really can't say enough good things about the quality of these stakes and the price is very reasonable.

Some people like bamboo, some don't. I like bamboo very much. These are good value for the price- they have that natural, authentic bamboo look, not too thin or thick. About 3/4 of an inch thick. The sturdy natural look means they can actually be used ornamentally. See the picture attached.
