I got a small vest in black and I love it! It is fitted and super cute =] I'm 5'4" and 130lbs, I usually wear a small, so it fits as expected!

It wasn't as structured as I thought it would be. In the picture it is fit, straight, and sturdy/rigid looking. It’s advertised as “light weight slim fit.” When I got it in a bag though I was surprised that the vest has a heavy and thick wool lining and the pics advertised don’t show the lining visibly. So two main issues:1. Too bulky. The wool lining makes the vest feel bulky and not flattering whatsoever. The side panels are great but the small of the back area is too bulky if you have a small waist as it doesn’t flatter the back.2. The shoulder to shoulder width is too short. Not made for normal medium size. Seems to be made for petite/ short waist folks.3. Short length. It’s not a long inseam. Seems to be made for petite/ short waist folks.I normally wear a size Medium and realized now that I should have ordered a Large. if you do order from them. Order a size up. I requested a return but I’m sure I would have to pay the shipping. I think the Large might be too big but we’ll see.

After reading various comments, I decided to size up from a Medium to a Large, just to have extra room in order to wear layers. Well, sizing up is absolutely not necessary. The side panel ribbing already makes the vest super loose, to the point where it totally loses shape towards the waist. And definitely check the shipping policy. I took the risk and bought this item that required almost $7 in shipping. When I went to see if I could simply return/replace the Large with a Medium, that wasn't even an option. The only option would be to return the Large and be charged an additional $5. Definitely not worth the hassle or cost.

Ordered in olive. It is darker than the picture but in a good way. Seems wellmade and the suede look piping is a nice touch. I'm 5'4" and weigh about 125. Went with Medium, as bust 36-37" is me, and the fit is just right. I don't understand the reviewer who posted pics with fleece lining. This has no fleece lining. It is lightly padded with fabric lining and has a sleek, but not tight, fit. Very happy with the purchase.

Be advised that the bulky, stretchy side panels ruin what is otherwise a nice design. The item is well made but the fit is very boxy, short and unflattering. I sew but this is hard to alter. Company return policy is very unreasonable. They require that you not only pay return shipping but also will not refund the original shipping costs, at nearly $6 per item which makes the cost of this item too high for what it is. I ordered 3 of these vests, which they shipped combined but charged shipping per item. Regret.

I love these vests. Not only are they stylish and comfortable but, they look high end. You can dress them up or leave them as is and you’ll still be happy. They hold a nice silhouette without leaving me feeling like I’m bound by some mystical force. The vest has a side piece of material under the arms, down the entire length of the vest. This piece allows for a little extra room over my bust (which was needed because I’m a little more endowed then I should be) and contours your body.Like I said I’ve purchased 4 of these vests. I live near San Francisco Bay Area, where it gets very windy and down right cold. These vest are just terrific. Wonderful price, stylish and so wearable.

I really like the vest. I ordered the new camel color in a 3x. I am 5'10, I typically wear a 18 in bottoms and a xl in tops. The vest is lightweight, not bulky at all and fits nicely, it is a vest so I wouldn't wear it in the winter but it will serve its purpose for 60 and 50 degree nights. Will look really cute with a ong sleeved tshirt, blanket scarf, jeans and riding boots! I was a bit surprised by the sweater like material that is near the bottom on the side of the vest but it provides a bit of stretch there if u need it. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and will order other colors

Arrived within a decent timing despite Christmas period. Fingernails kept being caught by the metal zippers & zipping is tough (sharp). When worn, the left fabric pipping is visible but loose armhole spotted; the right pipping folds inwards and the armhole measurement is alright. I believe this is purely a piece of an misaligned vest and bad luck. If this company is tough on quality control, this will be a beautiful piece to own, I had even intended to order more colors but this will be returned and I will reorder the same Camel Size S again. There is no need to size up. FYI, I’m 5’4”, 118lbs.
