Blood on the Bayou: A Cafferty & Quinn Novella (1001 Dark Nights)

I loved this stry, I did'nt expect other wise. Heather Graham is a great story teller. She has given us many wonderful characters and the stories are always set in good places. This book had a really good mixture of characters and was set in New orleans, agreat mystery. I have read so many of Heathers books and would recommend her books to anyone who loves reading.

Graham has always been one of my all time favorites and I was not disappointed with this book either. Though I'd not read previous books that brought Danni and Quinn together initially, it didn't hamper the story. Loved the suspense of the setting with the Swamps of Louisiana. So much flavor to be had there. I wasn't surprised about Novak being a bad guy, but I was clueless to the end about the cop Beauchamp. Just goes to show that surprises can be an eye opener, and the way Danni was able to tie in all the varibles was stellar work.

Heather Graham never fails to bring the chills. And this novella was no exception. Dani and Quinn embark on another mission to find an object that people swear cause harm. With sweet moments to heart stopping ones, Ms. Graham has it all which is why she's always a go to author for me. I can't wait for more.

I look forward to these stories, although I would like them to be a bit longer. I know it’s a novella, but just when I’m getting comfortable in the story it’s over!

I have enjoyed her works for awhile now; have never been disappointed. This is a good read.

This was another winner. I love this author. This series and her other one Krere of hunters. I highly recommend all her books to everyone who love mysteries and good love stories. Diana Romano

Heather continues to deliver seriously with a light touch! Thesetwo Danni and Quinn are fully developed characters and the plot has clues, suspense and enough levity to make this a " too short"read. But then most of her books are a " too short" read! Enjoy!

I can not get enough of Cafferty and Quinn series .The whole group that helps them solve the mystery is so entertaining.The chemistry between these to is sweet but also hot.Hope will be seeing more of this series soon.Ms Graham always has me on the edge of my seat with the suspense and who done it or what done it.

These were my first intro to alot of these characters and I liked them so much I ended up tracking down more of the books and ordering more.
