Having never before been able to find any Chelsea boots that fitted me and were comfortable, I expected these boots to be the same. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that these boots were an excellent comfortable fit for me and appear to be of very high quality. I can highly recommend these boots.

Because of the incredible amount of warm lining in the sole the fit on these is very snug. The thickness of the pad in the sole amazed me and they are incredibly warm, as a consequence I was able to wear much thinner socks than I'd ever consider with boots in very cold February weather and my feet were still very warm all day. I'd say that although they were tight on first wearing, they didn't feel like they didn't fit, or that I should exchange them. My other Blundstone's have relaxed and shaped to my feet after a few months of wear, so I suspect and hope these will too. It is possible the insulation may compress over time too and make the fit less tight still. However it may be worth considering one size larger than you normally wear, definitely try before you buy if you can.

These Blundstone's arrived a cosmetic defect. Besides that, they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. The feel worn in straight out of the box, no rubs or blisters. Straight out the box and walking miles with them without an issue. The cosmetic defect I refer to was on both sides of the soles where the Blundstone logo is embossed into the material. There are perforations and pitting from air bubbles being burst. In terms of fit, I sized down one size. I am a UK 9 and found an 8 fit me perfectly, secure and comfortable. I am using these for casual use and walking the dog. I have had them so far two month, October until December and they have seen some awful weather. Only once they allowed water in and that was after they'd been in heavy rain walking for an hour and then I stood in a puddle completely submerging them for a few seconds. So I feel they really withstand the elements. These are very comfortable and warm. They differ from regular Bloodstone's by having that extra level of waterproofing and having the top part lined along with the inner soles being sheep's wool. They are very warm but never reach a level of discomfort, so I think they offer good ventilation. This wool pile was initially thick and dense but has worn down quite quickly. Way more quicky than I'd expect. And replacements are 45 quid on their online shop. The boots look incredible. The leather looks very high grade. Beautiful deep brown. The stitching is flawless and besides the pitting on the logo's, they look really high standard. Great quality.

The product is beautiful, the wool layer is very soft and I believe it makes your feet very warm. I am sure this is my favorite model. The problem is that you need to take a size less than your usual blundstones (!!!!!!) and the seller does not have them on stock anymore , so unfortunately I need to return them. They were very kind and fast in replying . I hope soon they will get more sizes on stock so I can buy it again.

My purchase was perfect timing. Snow, Snow, Snow! My feet remained warm and DRY! Wear the right type of socks.... your feet will sweat, which you do not want to happen. Comfort 100% Very Satisfied!

Today the boots arrived and the reviews are correct, the boot size on the sole, does not reflect it's interior size, as in literally the number printed. I have attached some pictures where can compare with Caterpillar 43 EU and Columbia 42.5, the Blundstone at 42 are the same size as the 43. The boot has on the rubber sole the size 8, but the interior is printed 9, as such as the inner sole printed 9 (this may have to do with AU size vs UK size?) Current usage doesn't allow me to leave an opinion on performance or comfort, but for that there's YouTube videos.

This is a beast! I surprised my wife when I bought it and she was so static upon receiving it! The color was great and it is so warm when she used it. This will be a great all season shoe!
