First time trying hatch Chile and it didn't disappoint! Was amazing on burgers and breakfast foods as well. A little pricy but I had to try it. Highly recommend.

I bought to jars to make chicken green chili stacked enchiladas in my Dutch Oven. I usually use the Hatch 505 Green Chili but my local supermarket was out so I ordered this instead and like it better. It was a little pricey though. I think the free shipping was built into the price.

Good on eggs, chicken, chips. Nice flavor not too intense

Good tasting product. I miss being able to get fresh green chile. The canned stuff in cans from supermarkets isn’t even close. This is darned decent. Very happy with the packing. Well wrapped to prevent breakage. Will purchase again.

Good flavor, would have preferred more heat.

It will never be fresh but if you cook it up...taste pretty ok. I will purchase this again.
