Watch a video before attempting assembly
Although the product arrived late, Overall it is a solid product for the money. Currently getting down to 28 degrees here I have no issues staying warm without a heat source. That being said, I will absolutely need some form of space heater as the temperatures continue to drop. I found it difficult to assemble by myself, but incredibly easy with a second person. There is a level of tension you need to overcome on the fiber glass rod frame on all sides, but you need to make sure that:1. The frame is oriented correctly from the beginning2. you pop out the ends in the correct order.I thought I performed the above steps but still managed to snap one of the rods during assembly. This is why I highly recommend watching a video on how to assemble a similar style tent before attempting as it is not your "traditional" tent assembly. That being said, A little tape and some sealant and we were good to go.I mainly give this a higher review because of the customer service experience. Was an actual real person who was in constant contact via messages. Vendor sent a full refund for the damage which was appreciated greatly. I may replace this tent as there is a broken fiber glass rod in it which, will eventually need replacing itself.

First impressions are good
Shelter arrived today and I set it up in the living room to check it out. The quality seems pretty good. The zipper seems decent and the stitching as well. The hubs ARE steel (tested with magnet) contrary to some people's answers to questions which stated that they were plastic/composite/aluminum. Will probably be going out ice fishing later this week and give it a true test. Temps should be mild, teens to low 20s °F, so perfect for this lightweight hub.The shelter fabric definitely blocks light and seems to be wind and water proof, but I will update after field test.Setup and takedown were simple, as expected, and weight is as stated @ 15 lbs.Carry bag is pretty thin and comes with two decent web straps to use as backpack straps, however, I always use a sled, so not useful for me, but maybe for some.UPDATE:I did take it out for a fishing trip later in the season. It performed well and I am quite satisfied. For a day trip in mild Temps it was perfect for 2 people. It could be ok for 3, but 4 would be tight.

Good product
Easy to set once you’ve done it a couple times,, very sturdy, o set it up on my deck as a cigar room in the winter and it stayed out with 45 mph gust. Hold the heat inside the tent pretty good. I’d buy again

Great Value
It's huge inside! I intend to run a wood stove in mine. The window ports easily allow pass through of a stove pipe. I can fashion my own wall plate to pass through with heavy aluminum cooking sheets. It's not an insulated shelter and it's huge inside. The vents are always open so heat escapes fast is my only criticism. So cover the vents with a piece of duct tape and stop crying. Small portable propane heater was challenged with the 4 open vents. 4 vents. 6 windows. Plenty of ventilation when you need it. Close them when you don't.

Absolutely perfect!
We absolutely love this Pop-Up ice shelter. Incredibly easy to put up and take down within just a minute or two. Sturdy and strong in some heavy winds and kept us warm with our Mr Buddy heater in 9° weather. we purchased the large size so that we can bring fold down cots and do some overnight fishing. We questioned if it would be warm enough for us to do that, but after two times out on the lake in cold temps we can tell that it won't be a problem at all. Two entries make it easy to get out and in with all your gear and the vents were great for venting out the excess heat and moisture from our heater. The windows velcro down so that you could close them or have them open which was wonderful. For the price this was an amazing purchase and we have absolutely no regrets. Not sure what experienced fishers are into, but as first time ice fishers this was perfect for price and quality.

Not bad
Super easy to set up decently well made for it being as cheap as it is. My only bad things to say about it are that its more like a 6 person ice house even with kids. My other qualm is a buddy xl heater is not going to keep it very warm 10 degrees or colder. I purchased a dual daisy top heater just for this when I take the kids out and that works well. Otherwise as I said pretty well made for the price doesnt take long at all to setup just pull the little loops and your good to go. Its also pretty light, didnt hardly notice it slung on my back while I drug the sled with my auger and other fishing stuff.

Not really insulated
I gave this a 4 star because it's easy to use, take down and out up is fast and easy, but they sell this as insulated shelter,it's not insulated,it's fabric is thicker than say and ground blind for hunting and it keeps the warm air in while the heater is running,I've had it 90 degrees inside this shelter with a buddy heater, but if heater shuts off, it doesn't hold the heat for long.. all in all its a very nice starter shelter tell you can get a real insulated shelter, I did have it 90 degrees inside when temps where -9 degrees and fishing in short sleeves and pants.. is great starter or for someone that only makes it out a few times a year.

Great beginner shelter
Great shelter for a hundred bucks. I used it a few times, had no trouble with the zipper or getting it popped up. Came with 4 anchors and some thin rope to anchor the shelter down. Has some vents, and removable windows. The material is thinner than some other huts but for the money I would easily buy another with no second thought. My buddy and I, in our chairs, with some gear fit comfortably. Id recommend this shelter for beginners.
