Snap Cap Screw Cover Used with Countersunk Washer, Beige (Bag of 100)

Incomplete. DOES NOT include the countersunk washers...totally worthless alone. These are not complete components...only the top cap. I have bought snap-caps from other suppliers in the past and they were always complete. Let’s hope the corresponding washers I’ve ordered fit and works. Thanks for causing a major project completion delay. Completely ASSENINE to be sold this way. At a minimum the seller should have made clear the fact these are not complete in the product description.
