Vortex Optics Spitfire 3X Prism Scope - EBR-556B Reticle (MOA) with Vortex Optics Baseball Hat

After reading a couple reviews online I was honestly hesitant about buying this because everyone said the cross hair was small but after purchasing it, man I gotta to tell you, perfect just perfect!!! The clarity of the prism glass is unbeatable and the ability to switch from red to green makes this cross her perfect to see! I was able to hit 300 yards with my Blackout with no problems, zeroing it in with easy and perfect, just right on site!! Amazing compact rifle scope!!

It’s a great optic to have on an AR-15. It’s very easy to sight in and makes shooting very fun. It is heavy and the reticle does appear canted when you shoulder the weapon however, if you get directly behind it you can see that it’s fine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tactical 3x scope. It does NOT co-witness because it is more of a scope than a red dot. The reticle is etched into the optic so it works great even when it’s not ON.

This wasn't my 1st choice but I couldn't afford the 1-8x Strike Eagle. So I took a chance on this scope. The glass is crystal clear and I love the reticle! I like red dots but I'm old and have astigmatism so the dot flares. Besides if the battery dies you've got to have back up sights. This scope works great with or without the illumination and no "starburst" effect with my astigmatism. If I had to say anything negative I wish it had a little more eye relief but since it's not going on a 7 mag or anything with recoil I can climb up on it without worrying about scope eye syndrome. Nice hat was a bonus. Can't wait to zero it in!

It is very easy to see the green reticle, especially with the desert background we have. This sight worked best for me since I have astigmatism. The 3 X prism gave me the magnification I needed to clearly see very one inch diameter targets at 50 to 75 yards which is the range I am using my AR. I could not use Red dots since they "flared and Burst" with my vision.

Reticle kicks ass and super clear glass. Highly recommend for a medium range optic. Great for hunting or military application. Little bit of weight to it but very durable and rugged. I'd like to get the 5x power for my .308 this is great for 5.56

I have red dots, even one from Vortex. This Spitfire 3X gives that little extra precision needed to hit a small target at 100 yards without the bulk of a traditional scope. Good quality and clear glass.Great for older shooters with aging eye sight, who want a little more than a red dot and a little less than a full sized scope.

I am a right handed, left eye dominant shooter who wears progressive glasses. Pretty much left me out when it came to rifles. My Vortex Spitfire 3x prism scope has got me back in the game. This scope allows me to shoot with standard shooting glasses. The focus adjusts for a crystal clear reticle over a crystal clear target without corrective lenses. Thanks Vortex, for making it fun to shoot my AR again. I think it's worth more than you're asking for it.

I love this! I had a Sig red dot that I used on my AR but I have a stigmatism so the dot was real fuzzy and just a perfect little dot like it should be! So that’s why I switched to the prism optic! Plus it’s a Vortex so you know you’re getting your moneys worth and then some!
