Does The Job
A neat, easy sensor that attached easily to the pedal and was found by my computer quickly. Good value.

Not quite perfect, but still OK
Was a little bit disappointed with the Cadence sensor. It states that it is both ANT+ and Bluetooth enabled. I was planning to use it with my Garmin E30 device (which pairs perfectly with the CYCPLUS H1 Heart Rate monitor (which was the main reason why I chose this Cadence Sensor), however, it is just not detected by the Garmin, no matter what I do. It does however work fine via Bluetooth with my phone, so I use it that way (getting the data into Strava). Might just be that the Cadence unit I have has a problem with the ANT+ (I know it's not the Garmin as that works with both Heartrate and temperature sensors using ANT+). Overall, happy with the sensor, but would have been nice to be able to use it directly with my Garmin.

Cycplus c3. Excellent
Bought this while it was on an offer at £12.99. Very easy to set up.Open the battery cover and remove the small plastic disc that keeps the battery new.Replace the cover and rotate for either speed or cadence. No need for an app to select.I attached mine to the pedal for cadence. The c3 was then connected to my garmin instinct 2 watch as a sensor. Connection was using ANT+ which connected first time and just worked. Easy. Just how it should be.Get one (or two) while they are cheaper than the rest..

Cheap but works, most oil the time
for £20, it seemed a cheap addition to my Cyclops computer. It does work, but ive had to re-start it a few times as its not always awoken by the rotation of the crank. I dont know why.

Does What It Claims
Bargain bit of kit that works.Speed OR Cadence selection is easy.Just remove the battery cover and inside the battery compartment is a selector to choose either S or C.The flat bit of rubber is for use on one of your cranks when using it for cadence.I chose the non drive side crankThe curved bit of rubber is for use on one of the wheel hubs when you use it as a speed sensor. The Tacx App on my iPad picked it up as soon as the sensor was woke up.My Garmin Edge Headset picked it up no problem.Just a little delay before it actually showed a value for RPM but during use it was ok.Use it as a speed sensor along with a ‘dumb trainer’ and Zwift will generate a value for your power and speed in the game. There’s an option to buy 2 if you need a speed sensor and cadence sensor. In real life it’s claimed to be good enough in the rain no problem. The battery life when used as a Speed sensor is slightly lower than if used as cadence sensor (makes sense) but the coin battery is cheap enough.

connection VERY erratic.
this sensor is pretty poor.it never connects instantly like my wahoo version - often i’m waiting 5 minutes or more from the moment i press start on the computer to when a speed is registered.in addition, the first minute or so of speed readings are often hopelessly too fast - almost as if the sensor is hurrying to catch up because it knows it’s late.i missed the amazon return window, but will be asking the manufacturer to take it back and issue a refund.
