Very yummy, low on seasonings and can be added to literally anything

I make up batches of soup for the stray dogs and put half of this with it to give it a boost of flavour with some chicken and veggies. Hubby likes it abd use to share his with our dog. Good for stocks on soups or dahl really.

Good quality. A little expensive as I normally buy this for ₹400/500gms from the Mayur outlet.

The trouble with this product is that there is no clear manual. When you google out about how to cook - you get all kinds of funny stuff - suggesting you ad soy, honey - boil for 45 mins etc etc.This is smoked - meaning that it is already processed, and just the last 5-10% cooking is pending.Just fry these in a pan (oil not required).I put the pieces in an air fryer at 160-200 degrees C for 5-8 mins (keep watching every 2 mins how it goes). Perfectly cooked after that!!I added a picture of the remaining pieces after most of it was already consumed. Zoom to see the glaze of the pork fat !!You could add just a touch of soya sauce to get a slightly different taste, but know that soya sauce will reduce the smoky flavour and if you add too much, the soya sauce will get burnt and make the pork look black. You get the beautiful glaze when you just put it in an air fryer - with nothing added.I wanted to order this again and saw that it was out of stock - and somehow, the Prasuma website is also not opening (looks like it was hacked). Waiting for stock to get replenished.

A very good product that adds real bacon flavor to any dish it is added to. I love using it with pasta.

Never expected this quality, really well produced product. Minimal fat. Good smoky flavour. Can be used in many dishes.

Tastes like rubber

Its soo good. Price is a bit high.I added a bit more salt and some pepper powder and fried it in coconut oil, mix it and wait for it to get brown on all sides. Voila 👌
