They seem to work.
I use these on my travel trailer with the screw on tire pressure monitoring senders and needed metal valves to handle the added weight of the senders.The installer at the tire store broke one of these. Luckily I had an older one he could use in its place. So far they've held up fine. I like the short height of these. They look nice.

Variance in size between the stems.
The fit on my wheels was TIGHT - enough where only one of the four would mount into the rims - so there is some variance between the stems within the same package.I was able to use a file along with turning them in a drill against a file to reduce the outer edge to allow them to fit.
