To be honest, I'd say 70% of auto care products are gimmicks and don't do more than just some soap and water with some food coloring to make yout think its something special. But this cleaner has some secret sauce that I can't describe. I've been washing my car with a power washer and soap for a few years now and no matter how thorough I'd rinse and soap the wheels they would always look dried out and dirty shortly after. I sprayed this on my wheels today at the car wash and just brushed it around with a bristle brush. To be honest I wasn't being that thorough because I didn't expect it to work at all. Long behold after getting home from the car wash I looked at my wheels and could nearly see my reflection in them. I can't imaging how good the wheels would look if I actually put in some elbow grease!One thing I do wish is that the container was larger. After one wash I've used maybe 1/8 of the bottle. Definitely going to be purchasing more!

Was looking for a high quality wheel cleaner that required minimal brushing. Using any type of brush on your wheels will result in swirls and imperfections, and since I have a new C7 GS I wanted something that would remove the brake dust efficiently. I sprayed it on, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then used my pressure washer to clean them. I would say about 90% of the brake dust came off which I was pleased with. That being said, the wheels were previously coated with wax and a wheel protect-ant so it's not like the wheels had caked on brake dust. I did try this on my fiance's SUV wheels which probably had not been cleaned in over a year. Although a good amount of brake dust came off, each spoke and groove required manual cleaning. For this, I would say it was only about 25% effective at removing dirt without any type of scrubbing.Overall I will continue to use it and was happy with the results. Was happy with the results on my car but those were fairly clean. Not so happy with the results on my fiance car but I cant expect any product to be completely touchless when wheels had not been cleaned in that long. With a brush they would come up clean.

The wheels and tires on my Porsche Macan S were extremely dirty and were covered with road grime and brake dust. I drive a lot, and it has been more than 6 months since my vehicle last saw a car wash. After reading a few reviews on amazon for wheel cleaners, I purchased a bottle of Trinova Wheel Cleaner. After screwing on the spray nozzle and setting the tip to the spray setting, I applied a liberal amount of the product to my wheels and tires and let it work for a couple of minutes before scrubbing with a brush and hosing it off. The product works great, and removed the dirt and brake dust with very little effort on my part, leaving the wheels and tires shiny and clean. Trinova is by far the best wheel cleaner I have ever used.

I used this on my aluminum rims that were CAKED in brake dust.This was able to clean them wonderfully with the addition of a copper brush and some elbow grease. Took about an hour to clean 4 rims, and almost the entire bottle.One bad thing - the solution is very liquid and it would run off the rim pretty quickly. A better solution might have been a gel, but then it can't be in a spray bottle...

Had I not had about 1/8 a bottle of Eagle One Wheel Cleaner left, I may not have realized how inferior the Trinova is. Granted, my wheels were absolutely filthy. I used some of the Eagle One expecting it to be buried by the Trinova. Boy was I wrong. On top of the Eagle One working better it also only need to be on for 30 seconds compared to he 2 minutes recommended by the Trinova. The Eagle One ate Trinova's lunch. I would estimate the E-1 to be about 4x more effective than the Trinova. I really have not used many other wheel cleaners but based on this small sampling, I would not buy the Trinova again - nor can I recommend it. Yes, it works but not even in the same ballpark as the job done by the Eagle One. I followed all directions exactly and used a brand new Mother's Wheel Brush in cleaning for both.I am just a regular guy like most of you. I received no gifts, discounts or promises from anyone to write this review and I never will.

It's really a good wheel cleaner. I'm trying to clean chrome motorcycle wired rims. I had to let it set longerthan the recommended time. There were places I cannot get a brush into between the spokes. I was ableto get some of the grime off using a pressure washer after letting the wheel cleaner set for a while. I'm certainthis product would work well on auto rims. This is a project that may take a harsher solvent, but all in all they look much better.

Trinova gave me a free product after I ordered in lew of giving feedback. But I waited before I actually use it to give my honest opinion. I just purchased a new performance german car and they are notorious from putting out a lot of nasty brake dust, 400 miles after, I sprayed a generous amount and I see the brake dust breaking down right away, I waited about 3-5 min, then washed it off with a pressure washer using 25º nozzle and the result was what you see in the photo without wiping it off. The only thing is you will need plenty in stock. So far most effective wheel cleaner I've used.

This is the First wheel cleaner i have ever used that is a true spray on wash off cleaner.. i even waited weeks in the new england winter to make sure my wheels were nice and dirty to try it out.. I am only posting 4 starts because this product and their (trinova) tire shine spray came with spray handles that leak all over your fingers when spraying. I used a little more than half a bottle of each because most of it landed on the ground. So unfortunately for me this was only a 2 use product..
