Mostly great, but not perfect
Im 5'8" 165lbs ,I purchased a large and it fit just right. Used post surgery, as a stage 1 compression for body contouring. I was initially only able to fasten the largest size, post surgery, but after week 3 and 4, I was able to compress to the smallest row, so it was a good progression for my body.The things I not care for: the upper bra portion was not as comfortable as the waist portion. There is no graduated or size options for the bust. For me it was always a bit baggy, and the shoulder straps were too wide and were constantly falling off my shoulders. Also because the clip style closure was used on the shoulder straps, they came undone often during the day, and also were uncomfortable against my skin. Final negative was that the opening at the very bottom for bathroom use, was ok. the flap to cover my crotch was too minimal and barely gave me coverage, it felt weird.Overall the Faja was helpful in creating the proper compression, but all the other features were not the best, in my experience. My suggestion would be to have a cross back or racer style upper strap vs wider set shoulder straps.

On of the Best I have Found
Had a Tummy Tuck with lipo and this was the best one I found. I am not a fan of the top bra part it definitely doesn’t make you good under tops looks like I have nothing it just flattens them out and I’m a 38DD. The 3 snap settings have helped the legs have some jel like added around the bottom of the legs to stay put and help. I have hand washed this and also thrown it in the washer it doesn’t well I do not dry it.

A lot of bunching
I ordered a 3x based on the sizing chart and there’s a lot of bunching along my torso, directly under my breast, and along the sides. The breast area was extremely too big as well. Maybe a Medium would have fit better.
I am 5'3 and I weight 180lbs bra size 36D and the straps are big. The stomach area is not compressed the way you need to if you are going thru Post Op care.
