I have ordered this a couple of times. It's kind of pricey, but it works for me. I pour a packet in my water and drink it first thing in the morning before work. For me, it works very subtlely. I notice that I'm more focused at work and have more energy. Without realizing it, I end up working thru lunch because I'm not aware of the time. I like that I don't feel jittery at all. I say it's subtle because I don't feel wired up. I feel my usual calmness but with more focus and endurance.

I really like this product taste wise it’s good and it keeps you going for a long time good for if you have a lot to do that day or for a great workout a little expensive but worth it

These were packages well and shipped fast. They tasted okay but some of them were very strong flavored.

Really like the variety pack, although, I prefer some of the flavors over some of the others, which is normal. My personal favorite is pink lemonade. Yes, a little pricey but I see a positive difference in energy and performance on my heavy workout days. I add a packet into a tall glass of water and continue to add water as I drink until all of the product is dissolved.

Before starting the Advocare program and ordering a whole box of one flavor I wanted the chance to taste a variety and find which ones I liked or disliked. This was definitely the way to go! I was quickly able to find out which I liked and which I couldn't tolerate (which was not too many). This gives me a good start in the mornings as I'm trying to cut down both calories and caffeine especially coffee. I can almost always tell a difference in how 'sharp' I feel on the mornings I drink it versus the days I don't. I would definitely recommend this product.

I normally love green apple. This one is HORRIBLE!!! I LOVE: grape, fruit punch, cherry, watermelon, and blue raspberry. The others aren't great either. I buy these by the canisters and honestly oy tried the gross ones in the samples and can't believe they don't improve them. It's painful to drink. I just wanted to give it one more chance and try it again. They're still gross. This package had 5 green apples in it...it's not evenly dispersed, but it is what it is.

Really wanted to try all the flavors before ordering just 1 or 2. Well I actually liked all of them! Just ordered another variety set. Had read that they were too sweet, so what I do is take a drink out of a 16oz water, then add the mix to that and shake. I carry a couple in my purse during the day and use it to replace soda.As for energy... I think it's helped with the afternoon sleepiness, it subtle not jittery at all. But has worked much better than coffee and soda for energy.
