Beautiful but damaged :(
Such a beautiful set of cutlery, photos don’t do it justice. Unfortunately they arrived loose within the box, several items were bent so have requested an exchange.Hopefully the next batch will be ok and our Christmas table will look amazing.

Disappointed
There was no inner package, it literally looks like is not new. All the cutlery was scattered within the box and some of them have marks as a consequence. I’m thinking to return these…such a disappointment being that these are not cheap.

Missing knife.
Package arrived on time and looks good, but it is missing a small knife. I now have to return and reorder.Update: second set delivered was silver. Had to return AGAIN.

Inner packaging broken and cutlery everywhere
I bought this as a gift. The outer packaging is fine however thr inner packaging which holds the cutlery in place is broken in several places, therefore the cutlery doesn't stay where it should neatly within the box. I ordered a replacement and this was the exact same.
