I was disappointed in the material use to make up the wt. Very cheap feel, look and not something I trust lifting over my head. Constant tighting before, during and after use. If you have the money then spend it on safety verse just wanting to life weights

Not very well made. Parts already falling apart.

Decent weights. Sturdy for plastic. I'm a little worried the plastic scew might be stripping out already. The bar appears to bow when held at both far ends but nothing too concerning. Does the job for the price.

These adjustable weights truly are the best ones I own. We have a home gym and have spent a lot of money on our weightlifting and exercise equipment. This one has connecting rods so we can go from hand weights to long extended 2 hand weights. The weight is evenly proportioned and they are true to weight. The weights can be removed and added for your comfort. This set is easy to assemble and needs no extra tools. Its easy to hold and has non slip grips. Its versatility to go from one had to hand weights makes these definitely worth buying. Great value

I’ve started to do a lot of compound exercises like doing rows with pushups and these dumbbells just make them impossible cuz the grip isn’t that good.

The plastic screws used to secure the weights are not good. They allow the weights to loosen up over time. If you use all the weights at once as shown, you will find the bar to not be long enough to secure all weights.

I'm so glad I bought these, they were easy to put together and I put them so I can build up my weights as time goes by. I really enjoy using them.

It's been great so far. I enjoy being able to combine and recombine the weights. Assembling and reassembling is a lot of work and if I was exercise crazy I'd just buy individual dumbbells. It's a little hard to grip after a while but it gets the job done and that's great.
