No noticeable effect
I've been taking 1x capsule a day for months, but I've noticed no effect whatsoever, not on my subjective experience or health measurements. No improvement to blood pressure, I don't feel more alert, my memory is about as mediocre as ever, no improvement in a ear fullness condition I have. Basically, so far as I can tell, it doesn't do anything.So three stars.
