I ordered another pair because I lost one of mine. I ordered the 'D' size. Make sure you measure accurately both flacid and erect. Put it on before any lube and place as close to the base as you can. It sometimes helps to use a pump to speed up the engorgement, but once you're there, it pretty much stays there while wearing. I do take other pharma enhancers to, but this is by far the most effective device for me. She may be overwhelmed by the results. Once I'm plump I am desensitized a bit, but that is a good thing usually. Use a desensitizer if premature ejac is an issue for you. The ejaculation is a little bit constricted, but in my opinion, it's a good compromise for staying rock hard being able last 1/2 to 1 hour with this on. I wish I had one of these back in my 20's to use! If you've been less than great lately and her attitude is showing it, give one of these a try, I'm pretty sure you will see a smile on her face you haven't seen in a while.

I ordered this for some of my ED patients, the product was not effective and was not able to return it. This in spite of statements on the site that the product was returnable or replacable.

After trying every supplement and prescription med out there and still having the problem, somehow a search yielded the suggestion to try a c*** ring so I researched the options and at first tried a silicone rubber ring which does work for restoring hardness but interfered with the magic moment if you know what I mean. So when I saw this I thought I’d try it even though its very pricey. But I must say the cost is justified because its mostly effective as described hardness like I never had in my life combined with increased sensitivity (not causing PE by the way, just more pleasure) and the magic moment is definitely improved, if still not ideal. I will try a larger size to see if that will help. I’m just grateful that I’ve found a real, reliable solution. Just having the improved confidence has added greatly to my sex drive and enjoyment. Highly recommend this product!

Uncomfortable and only marginally effective. However, customer service responded quickly when requested to provide a different size. It remains to be seen if they are as accommodating when the item is returned. Overall, what do you have to lose? If it works for you-great it was worth what seems an exorbitant amount of money for 1 gram of plastic. And if it doesn't, you can return it for a refund. Note, if buying directly from Giddy, the return period is 60 days. Through Amazon it's only 30. So, watch that calendar.

Sizing is going to be the key factor. I first bought size B which was too tight and the rubber band pinched horribly. Moreover, I could not ejaculate properly with size B (too tight to let it out). I upsized to size C which was better; I can ejaculate but, it still pinches and is a struggle to get off. The erections are almost too hard (sometimes resulting in discomfort and soreness). I don't know if I need to go to size D. I'm concerned that may be too large. I wonder if there needs to be a looser rubber band. Perhaps the product itself needs a little more flexibility.
