CarharttMen's Loose Fit Washed Duck Sherpa-Lined Coat

This is an awesome jacket. Runs big so I ordered one size smaller than usual. I ordered a large tall, I’m 6’6” 260lbs and it fits perfect. Great quality, it should last a lifetime.

My everyday jacket. I could have probably used a size smaller but that's my fault. I feel like I'm in between sizes and didn't want it to be too small. Otherwise I love it. It's warm and durable. We aren't allowed to have hoods at my job so this is perfect, and I like that you can add a hood via snaps for when I need it.

I'm 66 and was in construction for over 30 years, I've always gotten Carthartts. Carthartts have always kept me warm and have lasted for years. They may seem to cost a lot but you will more than get your money out of them

I chose this one because I wanted the hood to be optional. Well made like you would expect and true to size. I'm very tall and the sleeves were actually long enough.

Took me three tries to get this jacket but thanks to Amazon's easy return policy I finally got it and there's a lot to love about it. First, I ordered a Large because that's what I wear. The sleeves are really long to the point there was no way I could keep that size so I exchanged for a Med. The Med. arrived a couple days later and the zipper was broken. Not just hard to get on and off as I expected that, but the zipper was literally bent to the point where I had to take the jacket off over my head and pry the zipper enough to finally get it open. So, returned it, replacement arrived a few days later and it was right as rain.Sleeves are still a tad long but I'm fine with that and there is enough space in the jacket for a sweater underneath for layering. The washed fabric feels much more broken in than the standard Carhartt which I really appreciate. While rated a "2" in warmness on their bizarre rating scale, this jacket is extremely warm. It has been around 30 degrees in my area lately and I get toasty in this thing. The pockets are great, The interior left chest zipper packet and right side chest velcro pocket were must haves for me and are a welcome addition. Also, I ordered the attachable hood here on Amazon for $25.00 bucks. One of my wants was a jacket that didn't have an attached hood and this is one of the few that Carhartt offers. It is odd to me that for 25 bucks more they don't just include it with the jacket but whatever. Zipper is somewhat stiff as others have mentioned but once you find the sweet spot of getting it on, you get the hang of it and it becomes second nature.All in all I really like this jacket and hope that it lasts me a very long time. 4/5 stars simply because I don't just throw out 5 stars unless something really blows me away. This is technically a 4.5 because it's exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I bought this in driftwood for the deal and the wife liked it on me so she got me the black (& bought a hood) for me for Xmas. No hood is available in color driftwood.Heavy with bulky. Blocks the wind good and the sherpa is warm and softI wear a loose med (or large relaxed) and this fit good with room to spare for a lighter sweatshirt.I'm 5'7 about 168lbs with broad shoulders. I prefer carhartts loose med jackets over the large relaxed. I get the larger shoulders without the longer sleeves.

it may be a little big for a 5’9, 120 pound man, but he loves it nonetheless. the zippers are a little confusing with two being on there, but it’s easy to figure out. he says it’s super warm and perfect for the winter!
