Took a moment to get the programming figured out but once I did it was a breeze. Great for latch key kids that loose things or can’t remember a code. We programmed multiple fingers per person just in case. The Admin on/off button is too easily moved when turning the knob so we taped it in place. Other than that we absolutely love it.

The lock was incredibly easy to install, it even has paper guides for the holes and a drill bit! The Fingerprint reader is very responsive and quickly allows access! I may buy another!

Bought this for our theater group to allow access to set building areas for adults, but to keep out kiddos. Works great. I installed it in about 45 minutes and I'm only so-so handy. Instructions were clear, templates for varying designs were included. Programming was easier than anticipated. Just be sure to keep a record of your primary/master users and codes.

I have gone through to two different brands before I settled for this one. The installation is very easy. Just use the template to drill a hole, screw them together and put in 4 AA batteries. It took me less than 10 minutes to install it. The set up is simple and secured. Unlike other locks that using bluetooth for setup which open the door for some crooks with their phones near by to manipulate the lock or make it extremely difficult to complete your setup. You have 3 ways to get to your house. Your key, card or finger print. The card and finger print work very fast. Almost like no delay. Sometimes, it failed to open with fingerprint because I didn't rest my finger down like when I set it up. I have not used the key yet, but I think it will work fine. Not sure about anti-picking feature and wish they have the build in alarm. I love this lock. I didn't have any problem with it so far. The price is reasonable. I would recommend this lock to anyone.

I received this item yesterday and planned to return back as i was not able to unlock it even though fingerprint says its unlock .I didn't get any support to identify/fix the problem. I went through all the setup step by step one more time and found i missed to use pin to lock the bar with front knob . I am rating it 4 as customer support is very poor.

We really like this door knob, with 3 ways entry is a plus, when I come home with packages I can choose , fingerprinting or the little card. I like that you can put batteries or charge with usb cord. Easy to install. I highly recommend.

The product works fine. Fingerprint reader is serviceable. Only big issue was install. Took forever to figure out why the knobs would lock up, eventually found that if you tighten the inner screws too much the knobs lock up & won't work. Regardless, it works now I guess.

Very easy to set up. Easy to unlock with all of the options available.
