After shampooing, I put this on my hair from about 6 inches below my roots thru the ends of my hair. After rinsing it out, I just use a regular conditioner afterwards. I use this religiously 1x times per week in place of a deep conditioner, which I now only do 1x a week. It is so fast, only 8 seconds, it doesn't slow me down in the shower.
