Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Seems to cancel noise pretty well. Also came with USB-C cord and carrying pouch. They sit comfortably on the ears and the setup was easy. I just plugged the headphone USB jack into the computer and my computer using the Windows 10 operating system was able to find the drivers automatically without me having to click any buttons or search for them in any way. The streaming program I use, OBS, or Open Broadcasting Software, was also able to add the headphones as a source of audio without any hassles or problems. I was able to add the headphones, disable the microphone I was using previously, and enable only the new headphones as an audio source in OBS while recording video and audio. In the attached video, you can observe how when I switched from my original microphone which was part of a webcam USB device, the audio goes from including the audio from the entire room including static and a fan noise to including only the audio from right next to my mouth using the extendable microphone arm with a noise cancelling foam tip. All in all the setup was easy and also this is one of the only microphones I have been able to use with my computer as the microphone jack on my motherboard is broken and auxiliary microphone jacks have also failed.

First off product came fast! Being a prime product it came within shipping time frame. They were nicely packaged in a magnetic fold open box that was vacuum sealed. (The box also works very nicely for keeping the headphones and USB transmitter in the same spot). The memory foam ear surrounds and top head pad are soft and mold to your face and head in a comfortable way while also blocking noise. Charges with a USB type C so it’s nice to know you can easily replace a charging cable if you lose yours. The sound quality is great! Surround sound works great for those games of needing to hear what’s around you and the battery life is great to match. I particularly like the hide away microphone that can retract into the headset instead of being in your face while playing games that require no talking on your part. Overall great product for the price and would recommend to anyone I know.Thank you!!

I already have a BENGOO headset for my XBOX One X, which I have had for about 18 months. But when I found that I could get a BENGOO headset with 7.1 sound, that would work with my PC as well a PS (PlayStation), I had to try this new headset out. This headset did not disappoint. In fact, I especially like listening to music and watching videos with this headset. I found this headset to be light and comfortable as well.Set up of any headset with the Windows Operating System, i.e. Windows 10, can at times be difficult. Not so with this headset, it was connected and functional with in seconds of plugging in the USB dongle. Out of the box, plug-in and play ready.Of course sound quality, is always subjective, for me, with my 55+ year old ears, I could hear and feel the spatial sound effects clearly, sounds in the distance, sounded as such, sounds to the left or right sounded as such, etc. Last, the controls are placed together, in logical placement to each other and well labeled, this is nice as well.Just one technical note, the USB connector, for charging, is USB C type, not the older USB micro type. Included with my headset was the appropriate USB cable for charging on PC or console. Should charging via a stand-alone power supply, which I often do, be sure that your charger has a USB C type male connector.

My Intended Uses: I bought these to use with my PC and Xbox One. I first set them up on the PC and it was effortless. Just let Windows automatically install the drivers for the USB adapter, then change your sound playback device to the headset and you're done! Unfortunately they aren't compatible with the Xbox One due to Xbox proprietary requirements, not that big of a deal.Shipping & Packaging: Shipping was delayed several days, but that's easily understandable with COVID-19 & election issues. Packaging was really good. Box was wrapped in plastic and undamaged. As you can see in the pictures, the headset was well secured. Packaging felt very professional.Size & Fit: This headset is about the same size as my HyperX Cloud Stinger set. Fit is really comfortable and they cover my ears well. No issues fitting it over my head (not that it's abnormally large anyways but still lol.Comfortability: They're very comfortable to wear and aren't super heavy. The cushion on the head and the ear cups is really nice too. They don't bother me after wearing for a while even with glasses.Quality: Quality seems to be very good. The expandable "band" in the headset (when adjusting the size) is metal not plastic (which is a plus) and they have that nice slightly "soft" plastic / rubber feel on the outside. They seem to be at least as good as my HyperX Cloud Stinger set.Audio Quality: I play games on my PC from Minecraft, to Heroes and Generals, to Mount and Blade Warband, to Planetside 2 and these sound really really good. I also listen to music via Spotify and the music sounds fantastic. I'm really liking this headset.Overall Impression: I really like this headset! It's flexible, comfortable, looks great, and sounds good and has a solid wireless range too! I live in an old house built in the 1940s and so it has plaster walls which can interfere with wireless signals, but this headset kept a solid connection all over the house (roughly 1500 sq ft.). Definitely a solid purchase. And the RGB lights on the side add a nice touch too ;)
