It did work at the first time. BUT it also washed away the original good oil so the chain gets rust again soon after a rain. destroyed my chain totally

NOT easy to use. Attempted to open it for the first time. Pinched in the designated place. Wouldn’t come off. Pulled while pinching (like it said on the cap) and I the cap and nozzle broke off in my hand. Item is not returnable. So now I have an unlubricated chain and the product is unusable. Will find a different brand with a normal cap.

The oil is fine. The problem is that I only bought it yesterday because Amazon promised same day delivery by 10pm. I thought, "Perfect. I'll have the bicycle chain oil in time to show my granddaughter how to clean and oil the chain on the new bicycle I'm giving to her tomorrow." 10pm came and went. So did the next day opportunity to include it with the bike and lesson. It arrived nearly 24 hours later than promised.

Bottle cap does not seal it. It's spilled all over. DO NOT BUY!!!

This is ok if your drive train isn't too dirty because unlike a scrubber that actually removes dirt, this just prepares your chain to wipe dirt off. So the actual cleaning is done by running your product-coated chain through a paper towel or cloth. If your drive train is filthy this won't save you any time over a scrubber. **Update: tried this again and I take it back...this stuff is not ok. It stinks and makes a mess of your drivetrain. It says 'one step' but after applying I went through a ton of paper towels and no wipe was less black then the last, finally gave up. Either just use lube on a dusty chain or go full scrub.

this is not the 17oz for the same price. it looks like the big bottle you are getting at the same price so you are paying double and now you cant return. its only 8zo.........

Buyer beware. The cap is child proof, and in this case grown up proof. It is my fault in the end BUT because the cap instructions are formed in the cap and not a sticker too (how inexpensive would that be?) I ended up breaking the spray nozzle neck, so I have to take the chain off. That mishap defeats the whole purpose of this particular product. I don't know yet if it's a good product, I will update later. In closing, it's not a hard cap to get off, IF you squeeze first.

Spray Nozzle broken, reached out twice with NO reply. Poor service and bad can, waste of money. Ill look elsewhere.

Es justo lo que necesitaba. No le otorgo 5 estrellas por el motivo que en la imagen de la descripción aparace el producto en forma de aerosol y cuando lo recibes en casa es un bote normal.

Ottima alternativa per chi non vuole investire eccessivo tempo e denaro con due tipologie di prodotto diverso. Se applicato periodicamente questo spray permette di mantenere un livello di pulizia ottimo. Utilizzato su bici di città.
