Purchased this unit back in October of 2021 and gets opened and closed 100 times a day with no issues. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a good gate motor.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a strong gate opener and it’s easy to install. It works well on opening my 24ftx8ft long gate. I had a little problem with a magnet, but customer service responded quickly and worked efficiently. I give them a 6 star.

*UPDATE” Eventually we got the corrected schematics, and the gate works great for the past few months. —— Former comment: We have been trying for two months to install a gate opener that didn't come with the right wiring schematic. We have spent endless hours trying to figure out what was wrong only to find out the engineer screwed the direction, even hiring a licensed electrician. To date, the gate is opening all sorts of different widths and we have to sit in our driveway in hopes we can leave without getting out and releasing the manual clutch to get out the gate with our vehicles.I am waiting for the day the guests of our Airbnb-type home, are unable to leave and we get sued. I appreciate the company communicating with us. Now if only we could get the equipment to operate correctly. We actually have had missing back covers to the keypad to get in and out too.

The company has replaced our control board, and now the gate seems to be working. They were prompt at getting ahold of me once I expressed my frustrations with the gate. The only thing that would be nice is if they had some communication other than emails. It's hard to go back and forth through emails to fix problems. It would've been beneficial to have someone on the phone to troubleshoot our problems and fix them quickly. Thank you, Topens, for following through and fixing the situation. I'm hoping this will solve all our issues. :-)

This gate opener is nice easy to install I have put in about 10 of these now all work fine

The CK2600 replaced a larger gate opener that broke down during an extended freeze. The Topens unit operates with magnets to serve as limit switches. We found steel L angles to bring the magnets closer to the 1 inch requirement. The unit uses rolling remotes. We were able to connect our multi code receiver to the alternate receiver input and now all our remotes work fine.

I’m really confused with the power supply from what I understand the power supply should go in the place that I’m showing… but there’s two cables already conectes here do I put the cables that are there already with the power supply ones? Plus I think the cable that is in one side should be in the other side
