I just couldn't be bothered counting them as I have a life.I have only tried two purple incense cones so far (fragrance isn't indicated for any of the colours) and have found the fragrance to be negligible. So the jury is still out on the other colours. I found the cones burn for 12mins 42seconds. They are crudely made and the bottoms are not flat. A brief rub on some sand paper is required to make them sit correctly on the waterfall.The waterfall was surprisingly effective, however the slightest movement of air or draught (draft) can ruin the whole effect.The incense sticks (the smallest I have ever seen). They are approximately 1mm thick and 12mm in length. I found the incense sticks to have a burn time of 13 mins 56 seconds and they give off a better fragrance to that of the cones. Fragrance unknown.The waterfall is a nice design and is glazed well. It can be used with the cones and sticks (there is a tiny hole for sticks). The bowl has two fish in it which I assume are meant to be Koi carp. A nice touch.Sadly, better quality backflow incense cones are required.UPDATE: I don't know if this is typical of backflow cones, but the cones supplied give off a oily and sticky dark residue. This runs down the waterfall creating a mess that has to be cleaned regularly.

I'd recommend buying some other candles

Looks beautiful... And that's where it stops. The after scent of the cones can only be described as stale ashtray.But its biggest problem is where the cone sits. Its not flat, therefore it is a) hard to place the cone effectively for back flow and b) safely as it is hot and burning. Then c) once burnt, the Ash tends to fall off in its entirety.So far we have scorched a table, the heat mat it comes with and the living room carpet (which is fortunate enough to be brown).Generally disappointed and scared to use unless I can find a suitable dish, and will need to buy more pleasant cones.Ultimately its salvageable, but not worth the price.

The look of this is really nice, when it gets going. But I definitely would not advise it for anyone with chest problems. The smoke smell is so.....intense. And when finished burning, my living room was absolutely stinking. I ended up having to open all the doors and windows to try to get the smell out. I ended up having to wash the burner as well, as it all smelt like an old smoke house.

It looks pretty but by gods the smell! It's not even the smell itself, it's the after-smell. Smells like burning tyres and it gets absorbed into the curtains and bedding and it set off my partner's asthma although I didn't realise at first that it was that. Incense never affect him normally but these cones are awful. Would try different ones and maybe it'll be better.

Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of fake reviews saying how excellent this product is. The product it self looks good however the top in which in incense stands is not flat so it is very hard to balance the incense without it falling down and catching your house on fire. The smell is non existent and just smells of burning wood. And finally the smoke doesn't flow down as well as you would expect. It flows down the first bit but then just dispersed and goes everywhere. Very disappointing product from such a high review score

The cones don’t last long and no actual fragrance to be smelt, takes a couple of mins for the smoke effect to work (as such). Need ventilation after use to get rid of the smell. Stylish item and will try to find some nice smelling cones to use instead of the ones it cones with!

But no problem at all. On a safety aspect this would not be safe left unattended. The cone sits on the top and is not very secure. The smell is like the old fashioned incense smell. I find it ok but if you like smells like fruity or fragrance maybe buy some different ones. All in all I love it, I have asthma and had no effects from the smoke
