Outstanding tool. I never had one before and did not realize how helpful this tool is on a tile job. Helpful for cleaning edges, moving tile, cleaning other trowels, cleaning bucket, scraping thinset off whatever it was dropped on to. While ou are buying it, also get the float in the same size. Also very useful

Great Quality tool. Just what I needed.

I just tiled in a half-bath. 13x13 ceramic tiles on the floor with a baseboard consisting of 3 1/2" wide strips of the same tile cut from the leftovers. I used Schluter Dilex EKE around the perimeter and of course Ditra on the floor. I ended up using the QEP margin trowel more than the notch and flat trowels combined. I just had better results getting the thinset down behind the toilet supply line, around the toilet and under the sink cabinet overhang. Same with backbuttering the baseboard pieces and getting the grout where I wanted it. I'm sure a pro could have done better with a salad fork, but my ego said "Hey! You can do this!" Good points: Right size for the job. Cleans up nice. Nice feel. Not-so-good points: I can't think of any.

The hanging hook is very handy to set on the side of a bucket.

This tool itself is built well and nice comfortable grip and a notch to hang on the side of the bucket. What I can't believe is that for some reason I never thought a margin trowel was a necessity, but it saves a lot of time having the narrow trowel to clean the tile margins but also helps to get into narrow spaces in corners etc.

It's a great tool. The hand grip is wonderful, the metal is top quality. I can see it lasting quite some time, and the bucket hook is fantastic and hard to find on a trowel. The price is great too, I even got a new notch trowel to go along with it. I patched a bunch of stuff all over the house and yard, but the white one wast to float out a bird bath that was annoying, next I'll paint the walkway and it is history. Th other one is a patch where old stucco met a newly added slope that needed some finish patching just so it wouldn't hold little pockets of water and see the old slab, then it was painted to just blend in to the alley. Both are quality tools, spot on. 👍 I highly recommend both, even though this is for the regular 1".
