Great Skincare & LOVE it!!!
Are you one of those that has spent hundreds of dollars on skincare products that doesn’t work? You read an article, watch an infomercial or seen a video of some sort. You get so excited to purchase it and thinking it will work wonders for your skin/face? Then you get disappointed when you break out or it doesn’t do anything to your face. Then you see another skincare line and keep buying. I’m one of those who’s spent so much $$$ on skincare products that doesn’t work.I was skeptical at first on this product and decided to give it a try. I know what you’re thinking, it’s expensive! Yes, it is. It is worth spending this much $$ to think that it may not work? Of course, you think so. Look no further! This skincare product has done wonders to my face in just a few weeks. My skin is a mixture of oily and dry. I have a sensitive acne prone skin, so I only wear makeup on special occasions. I run so I’m always under the sun. I have skin pigmentation on my face and wrinkles. Yes, it’s a sign of aging. Who wouldn’t love to keep their face looking younger? We all do.LeCerre has worked a miracle to my skin in a few short weeks. I started feeling the results within a few days.It moisturizes like a cream but not thick like a lotion. It’s soothing and really hydrates my face helping to gently improve my skin texture and reduce the appearance of my pores.I love that it’s non irritating and reducing my fine lines and wrinkles. It helps to fight hyperpigmentation which is one of my major struggles since I love to run and always in the sun. It has a soothing and mild lavender scent.LeCerre helps repair and restore my skin keeping it soft, healthy and hydrated. This is so worth it! I wish they come out with more product lines. Yes, I highly recommend it, you won’t regret it.

Hydrates and smooths for glowing natural skin
I’ve used many high end products and this is definitely one of my favorites so far. It goes on smooth and absorbs quickly, without any stickiness. My skin feels and looks hydrated. No breakouts, irritation or oiliness. I’m using this in conjunction with the rapid brightening serum to prevent sunspots.

Really nice hydrating product, perfect for sensitive skin. Cruelty-free, too!
I like this product a lot. It's a small bottle, especially considering the high price, so I use it sparingly. In fact, I often use it as a spot treatment for drier areas of my face because it's so expensive. I didn't realize that it was intended for people with darker skin tones, and I'm not sure what makes it so. It does say it's for sensitive skin, and it feels very mild and soothing. This repair cream is very lightweight and hydrating. It melts into my skin beautifully and I haven't had any problems with redness or irritation. It is free of many ugly ingredients frequently found in skincare, such as parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances and dyes, plus it's made in the USA and is vegan and completely cruelty-free! I do wish this company would pay for the Leaping Bunny logo so that it might be easier to confirm their cruelty-free claims, but for now I'll take them at their word. This is a great product that I do recommend, despite the fact that I can't afford to purchase it again. If your finances are looser than mine, you might want to try it. It's good stuff!

More A Lotion Than a Serum
This super spendy serum is from a line designed for women of color which, I admit, I did not know before selecting, because it's nowhere in the current product description, which states it is for "Multiple Skin Types" and that it was "developed specifically for sensitive skin, which means you can apply it to dry, oily, combination, or even irritated skin while without causing redness or irritation." It claims to to restore skin, fade acne scars and treat dark spots, redness and melasma without the use of hydroquinone, while leaving skin smooth.I am quite pale, but I do have light melasma on my cheeks particularly near the hairline, and I don't know if this effected it or not. I didn't really see a change. I can also be prone to redness, but didn't see any relief. This is very gentle lotion-like serum, that is a little oily but (eventually) absorbs well, especially on dry skin, though it leaves a bit of shine for quite a while, and wouldn't be great under makeup. It feels nice on irritated skin, but is a bit too heavy for daily use for me, and really hard to justify the price point when it doesn't seem to do anything for me any gentle lotion or cream would do. Just didn't notice any of the spot reduction effects touted.

Too heavy for my combination oily skin.
I am in my early 30’s and wanted to add something to my night routine to help repair and prevent any damage. I have combination oily skin, with some random dry spots and I can also be prone to breakouts during my period. But lately my skin has been fairly clear thanks to birth control and using simple and gentle moisturizers and cleansers. Unfortunately, after I started using LaCerre intensive repair cream, I would wake up with extremely greasy feeling skin and I started getting big painful zits around my mouth, cheeks, and eyebrows. I stopped using it immediately and treated my zits with tretinoin and niacinimide and waited for them to go away. After they cleared, I decided to give LaCerre another try in case there was a small chance that the breakout was caused by something else like hormones or stress. So I applied it again for two nights in a row and I broke out in the same places! So obviously this stuff did not work for me. I will say that it is VERY moisturizing but it’s just too much for my skin since I already have combo oily skin. I decided to research more on Fitzpatrick skin type, and I think it’s inaccurate and racially limited. It was developed in 1975 by a white person so I don’t think they did enough research because there are way more skin types than what the Fitzpatrick scale covers. I am Asian with very pale skin but I can get tan if I wanted to and I don’t get sunburn easily unless I literally stand in full sun with zero moisturizer/sunscreen or sun shade for 4+ hours. I think the scale should be taken with a grain of salt and used as a very basic guideline. I can’t justify the price for this product and cannot recommend it.
