LenoxBalsam Lane 4-Piece Accent Plate Set, 3.90 LB, Green

I fell in love with these, and they are very pretty. Two of the plates have some pinholes in the glaze. Also, after cutting a porkchop on the plate, there are scratches in the glaze from the steak knife! It is not like I tried sawing through a 2x4. I had registered with Lenox right away, and I messaged them about the pinholes, and have never heard a word from them. I feel like why bother about the scratches as they prob won't even bother to respond. I should have gone with a cheap $40 set instead. Pretty disappointed in dishes I thought I would have a long time. If by some miracle I hear from them, I will update my review. Otherwise, save some money and go with another set.

See all the pretty gold outlines of the cabins and the pretty gold stars? Enjoy it because it will all wipe off after 5 or 6 uses. I'm so disappointed because I love this pattern. I did use mine for a few months last winter rather than just for Christmas, so if you only use it once a year I suppose that would give you 4 or 5 nice uses before the gold goes away. I expected better from this company.

I ordered these plates expecting to like them & then order more for Christmas gatherings. I was immediately disappointed. The first two plates had numerous bubbles that looked like small defects in the clear finish. I didn't even look at the rest of the plates, just packaged it all back up and returned them. I love the design but was expecting better quality from Lenox. It's possible I just received a bad "batch", but just don't want to deal with it after that.

I appreciated EVERYTHING about these timeless and classy mugs! They’re beautiful and perfectly suited to the winter season of gift-giving. I’ve been a longtime fan of the Lenox brand which represents quality and class in my humble opinion. I work in an office environment with people of differing backgrounds. The theme of these mugs (balsam fir trees) allows me to break up the set and gift them individually to each of my coworkers for Christmas, stuffed with seasonal teas & goodies, without worrying about potential offense. I can rest assured that these mugs will be well received and used for a good long time!

These are beautiful and sturdy! I love that they are winter themed so we can use them all winter and not just at Christmas. Also they are dishwasher and microwave safe which is always a bonus! I paired them up with my Lennox blue pearl dinner plates.

I absolutely love this pattern from Lenox. I had ordered multiple sets of the mugs last year for myself and to give as gifts, but many arrived broken. I ended up with 2 gift worthy cups instead of 2 sets. Oh well- I filled each one with treats and it was fine. I ordered more this year hoping to complete my own set. This year’s version look the same, but are slightly heavier and feel sturdier (last year’s felt more like fine China; this year feels more like an everyday coffee cup). They’re also packaged better and in a smaller box so they don’t rattle around. All arrived in perfect condition.

I have been looking for holiday dishes forever! 30 years, on and off. I’ve bought quite a few patterns and taken them back because they weren’t what I wanted. I don’t like red. Didn’t want Santa or presents. I saw these, saw the colors and the design, and fell in love with them. They are perfect, and being not exactly “Christmas” I can use them all winter!

I’ve wanted pieces from this Lennox set for 2 years. When my bestie sent this to me as my first Christmas gift of this season I was so excited. It comes in a nice box. Not super lightweight to me but weighted enough. The simple yet festive design is perfect. I love that I will have this for years

Over the past 2 years, I have purchased a full 8-pc place setting of Lenox Balsalm Lane, including serving bowls and platters. This year, Amazon made these bowls available and I ordered 8. They are deep-set bowls that are perfect for soup or pasta or desserts. I wish I had a set of every day bowls with these dimensions. If you have the Balsalm Lane set, you will not be disappointed ordering these bowls to add to it. The price is fair too. I paid double for pieces that I ordered through Macy's & Borderfree only 2 years ago. Totally happy with this purchase.

These bowls are beautiful and good quality. They aren’t heavy but hold a lot. They have gold little starts but can go in the microwave. I love them and have ordered matching plates.
