Q: Where can I buy non stick pan liner for this rice cooker ?

Not sure. I use the pot without a liner. Just need to let the rice sit a bit after cooking and mix cooked rice well.

I think Panasonic SR-42HZP 23-cup (Uncooked) Commercial Rice Cooker, "NSF" Approved, Stainless Steel Lid does not have a Teflon coating inside.and that Panasonic SR42FZ 23-Cup Rice Cooker / Steamer does.
