Does as it says on the packet
I get better results with this organic yeast from my bread machine than U do from store bought sachets. One lesson I learned thought, buy smaller amounts more regularly, once opened it's lifespan is limited. Due to changes in flour forced by the government my daily bread is now effectively poisoned, I have to buy unadulterated flour and make my own! This yeast gives outstanding results time after time. The pizza base I make is possibly the best I've ever had, and I know EXACTLY what's in it.
