I started drinking this after catching a stomach bug. It tastes great whether you drink it plain or with additions. Best of all, it fixed my caboose right up.Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that I have to continue drinking it or else my caboose falls to pieces again. Not like frank illness, it’s just…not as good.There are other things in it besides pre & probiotics that could aid in digestion, so I’m not strictly sure if it’s that aspect that helps me or something else.I don’t know if I’ve ever found another tea quite like it. It’s worth a try even if you’re only curious about the taste and not the health properties.

This tea is absolutely delicious! I add a little sweetener and it’s delightful after a meal or in the afternoon for tea time. It is supposed to help with gut health and contains probiotics. But even if that’s not your concern, it’s just a great cup of tea! Try it!

I was struggling with lots of late night indigestion (thanks, perimenopause and associated weight gain). I drank this in the eve with a teaspoon of honey, and it soothed my stomach. I didn't require TUMS and didn't wake with acid reflux. I really like this - and I was surprised that it tastes good, smells delicious, and actually helps.
