Very sturdy and useful
I love kitchen stuff. When I found these 1/6 size pans, I got a little too excited, I ordered 6 of them, with matching slotted lids and solid lids, thinking of using them with my warming tray for parties. They are very good quality. Lids fit perfectly and they stack very well to save space. The size is great for cut up vegetables, leftovers. I even used them to boil eggs on my induction cooktop. I also tried them on my warming tray, a bit bummed that the fit is not perfect, due to the corners be not same roundness. Maybe it's because my warming tray is of a different brand? I probably won't need all 6, but I am using 3 constantly and very happy with them.

Great for reheating leftovers
These pans are not as heavy and thick as the older pans. The pans are fine for my food service operation.

Fantastic high quality pans for cooked or raw food prep
These are very high-quality pans that I've been using at home. They are 18/8 food-grade stainless steel so it shouldn't ever rust or corrode, meaning it should last a lifetime.I'm using these to prep raw meats like marinating Korean bbq short ribs. These are the perfect size for them when you're making enough for a family. You can also prep salads in these and just make enough for the next day or two and keep it in the fridge. When you aren't using them, they wash very easily and are dishwasher-safe. They can stack up to save a lot of space as well. These are just great overall for any family household that cooks with a lot of ingredients or marinates a lot of meats. Having pans like these saves a lot of time in prep work. They also sell a lid that fits this perfectly and if you're buying this, I suggest you get the lid. It just keeps the work area a lot cleaner with no chance of unwanted things getting into your pan like bugs or dust.An excellent pan that is great for home use as well as commercial use.

Good size for food prep and leftovers
As I got several different sizes of these Amazon Commercial hotel pans, I am leaving the same review for all. The metal is of a decent weight and seemingly good quality, although as others have mentioned, there are no markings at all on it, leaving us to take them at their word on what it is. I used to work in restaurants, and these seem to me to be of a similar heft. I cannot attest to whether they are truly easy to remove from steam tables, as I have none at home. I am simply using these to store foods in my refrigerator.I appreciate the different sizes I got. I am only sorry that I didn't get a full-size perforated pan, which would have fit perfectly over my sink, allowing me to use it as a colander. The 1/3 and 1/4 sizes are great for cooling broths and soups, of which I make gallons in the winter-time. I tend to make these in my 8-quart Instant Pot, and it's always a chore to cool them down enough to refrigerate or freeze in a reasonable amount of time. I used to resort to pouring them into mason jars, but those are a bit deep and take a long time to cool. These hotel pans are a great solution, as they are wider and shallower, allowing foods to cool more quickly. I put them up on cooling racks to get more air circulation underneath to speed things up. These long, narrow sizes are also great for soaking silverware and cooking utensils during clean-up.The 1/6 sizes is great for food prep and even finished foods like mashed potatoes, or eggs I have hard-boiled.All of the pans I got are 4" deep, which enables me to double-stack them on any shelf in my refrigerator. I would recommend solid lids for everything.

excellent quality stainless pans!
I've been helping some friends occasionally with a nonprofit snack bar in a commercial kitchen, I've used quite a few commercial grade stainless steel pans but hands down, these pans are far far far superior at a great price! We're a small hobby farm with chickens, ducks, turkeys and goats. I find these pans are great for butchering, baking the poultry in the oven, food prep such as serving an array of veggies and salad fixings, etc. "We're a farm, we can use anything" is an apt statement however we truly do use these pans for sooo much. We have assembled a collection of these pans, and lids, in a variety of sizes including some with perforations (that was a mistake but a good mistake apparently!) So just pay attention to make sure if you meant to order perforated pans or not. We have already washed them a number of times, they appear to be of a high quality stainless steel that won't rust. Did I mention these pans are awesome for soaking eggs prior to washing! I should know, I seemingly wash lots of eggs! That's where the perforated pans come into play, they provide natural drainage while preventing our chickens eggs from rolling away - splat!
