Excellent fit and best part : good noise insulation!
Fit perfectly. Does a very good job keeping things where they should be. i.e. down into the disposer or remains in sink. Best part I found is the immense sound insulation this provides. Running without it is like 100 times louder than with it in place.

My old rubber deteriorated. This took its place and works well. Under sink unit must be removed got attach the product.

perfect fit for my waste king disposal
Unfortunately I had to disconnect the water pipe and dismount my waste king to install this, but it is a perfect fit and both quieted down as wall as replaced a worn / missing splash flaps on my kitchen sink.not much else to say, but I am happy with the purchase.
