Replacement worked fine.
One part of the curtain rod will not lock (part A and part B). The rod just twists forever regardless of which direction you twist it. Part B and C lock just fine. I am not sure what the problem with part A is, but we have been unable to get the rod to lock following the directions provided with the product.We're attempting to reach out to the seller. Will update the rating from 1 star if we get a response from them.**Update**Never heard back from the seller, but Amazon sent a replacement. I've never done a replacement or return and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. New rod arrived quickly and all the part lock as they should. Leaving at 4 stars since we did have to jump through a couple of hoops, but we do have a functional curtain rod now.

Incorrect length, broken cap
It’s definitely not 120”—it’s 89.5” at its widest, which is past its recommended extension. Additionally, the cap arrived broken and there’s no way to screw it back on. I’ll have to return it, as the window I needed required a 110” rod…which is why I bought this length in the first place.
