We love the reversible design. We love how easy it is to clean. Heats up quickly and is a pleasure to cook on. We place a mat over our glass top stove to protect it when we use the griddle that way we can use the griddle under our stove vent. I know this one was a little pricey but it was well worth it. We are very happy with this purchase.

We purchased this griddle/grill about a year ago and have cooked everything from pancakes to T-Bone steaks. The griddle heats evenly and the entire appliance cleans up very easily.

OMG I love it!!! SOO easy to cook eggs on and everything else. Both sides equally great! LOve the even cooking. and super easy cleaning! Love the drip tray, same size of the grill and cleans up easily too. This grill is worth every penny!!!

This griddle is flawless, although it didn't start out that way. The first one I received was defective, and did not heat up at all, but that's what warranties are for. The seller was very responsive and made the return and replacement very easy. The second one was perfect, and for those reasons I did not ding them on the rating. I love the size of the griddle and the heat distribution is very even. It heats up quickly and cooks perfectly. Last night I made BLT's and cooked up 8 slices of bacon at the same time. All of them cooked quickly and evenly. I left the cleanup until this morning and it was an easy chore. This unit splits into 4 pieces: the removable power cord, the cook top, the grease catcher and the base. This makes cleanup a snap. The cook top drains well and the grease catcher did not lose a drop of grease. I really can't say anything bad about this griddle. Thank you Wolfgang Puck for such a well thought out quality product. It is definitely worth the money I spent.

This griddle is one of the best ones I've owned. I gave it only 4 stars because of the grease drain and catcher. The holes that allow the grease to drain through have a lip on one side of the holes for whatever reason so some of the grease collects there making it a pain to clean out...also, the grease catcher under the griddle is essentially a big metal dish that is the same size as the griddle itself...I've learned to NOT try and drain it into a container to throw out because it is awkward to pour off the grease so what I end up having to do is wait until the grease hardens and scrape it out with my plastic scraper that I use for my pizza stone. Other than the above complaint, I find it easy to use, the temp seems the same on the entire surface...haven't found any hotspots. It is rather large so it is really doesn't fit well in a cabinet so I store it on top of the fridge which works out fine. I also like that I can immerse the whole griddle into the water...it lifts off the frame, which holds the grease catcher. The frame or whatever you want to call it is also safe to put into the sink as well. I really like that the electrical component that plugs into the griddle has a little lever to help you unplug it easily from the griddle. I highly recommend this griddle...haven't found one that comes close.

Love cooking on this. It’s great for taking camping! Great size to cook all types of food.
