Works great. Wanted to use for knee and leg exercises at home after physical therapy. The only thing I wish were different was that it had an odd number of loops so my foot would be centered. Not a deal breaker. I roll it up and take it to the gym.

Just a perfect item as described

I'm 4'11" and maybe shorter (I started at 5'3") and this band is way too big for me. I gave it to my physical therapist and I use a dog leash which is perfect. Certainly a tall person would love this.

I REALLY like this stretching band!! The material is super comfortable and gentle on my hands, doesn’t feel like it is cutting into my skin when I am pulling tightly to stretch my knee after total knee replacement surgery. The loops are large enough to easily accommodate my big workout shoes (Hoka). Would definitely recommend this product to others. Arrived within one day after ordering.

Appreciate all the loops so it accommodates all kinds of stretches. Really well made and sturdy and a great tool for helping us get a better stretch in. I can stretch out my legs and it doesn't snap back like a stretchy band does on me. Bob & Brad put out the BEST products!!

I recently had a total knee replacement. I was challenged in getting back full range of motion / bending my knee beyond 90° when doing the required heel slides. It seemed as if I had reached a plateau and could go no further.By looping BOTH end loops around my foot, I was able to pull using BOTH sides of the strap to get maximum leverage. See photo.There is no way I could have achieved my goal without the use of this wonderful product. High quality and great design at a super affordable price.It made all the difference in the world in my knee rehabilitation. I highly recommend and will be using for daily flexibility stretches the rest of my life.Be sure to check with your doctor or Physical Therapist before performing these exercises.

I really like this strap. Very well made and the width keeps it from digging in. If you’re tall or very stiff, you’ll adore this strap because it gives you ample length to accommodate even the stiffest or tallest person so you can start getting flexible. I’m 5’11 and my husband is 6’4” and he’s not very flexible but the length of this strap really ensures he can do a proper stretch with a slight pull allowing him to go deeper than before. After a few days of using this product I’m seeing amazing gains in recovering my flexibility and my husband actually uses it. Very happy with this product.
