This is my view on the Athena Vitamin D3 10,000 IU supplementGenerally speaking cut Americans are deficient in vitamin D three due to fact that they don’t go outside nearly enough. Deficiencies vitamin D has been linked to significant pathology I myself recommend that all my patients get a vitamin D level. The Deficiency and vitamin D has also been shown two to be more depressed. There are images below.Summary- As in terms of vitamin D levels, be careful not to consume an excess of vitamin D. Seek medical consul before taking such high doses. He was in a horrible accident and they found he had no or extremely low Vitamin D. they put 2 IV Vitamins in him while in the hospital and I purchased these for a home. there are three of us taking them now. Doctor Z has tested him since the hospital (8mths later) and his levels are great. he takes 50,000 a week. Thank you for this product it has been a life saver.

Fine product, but thought I was purchasing a 50,000 version of vitamin d. For an accidental purchase,.it's fine but not what I wanted.

I actually bought this by accident...meant to buy the 5,000 IU potency. Worked, though...just took every OTHER day.
