NEW!!! 2020 Design 30 In. 4 Drawer Presidential Black Tech Cart

Does what it needs to do and was assembled in about 1 hour at a lax pace, but this is not the "series2" pictured or new design in any way. It's the same as the regular model sold at harbor freight for about 100-150 less. To make matters worse, the cart came with no key so now I have to go get a new lock and key set. Overall it's not a bad cart if you assemble it correctly (recommend drilling through supports and into box and locking with nuts and washers to support thin metal on actual box from flexing and damaging bearings on drawers over time). Had the cart been the one pictured/advertised, not had some "new 2020 design" nonsense in the description, and came with a key it would have been a 4-5star review. My issue is more with this seller than with the product itself. Again, the exact cart is you get is $150 at harbor freight.
