Good and Not so good
2gb is not enough for day by day usage . It can run only one or max 2 stuff at the time . It has good potential but the software is not helping . The biggest issue with this thing is that is super hard to change/root the software . Other than that, it's worth every penny !A big plus is that DSP. Sound quality is amazing with a lot of settings trust me !

Customer Service is Very Good
I have owned an Eonon car radio unit for about a year. In that time, I have had to contact support for many reasons, and I am always greeted with a very quick response. Everyone is very nice, and they are very helpful.I haven't had many issues with the unit itself, but it is a tiny bit glitchy sometimes. For what it is, I don't really have many complaints. This is an Android OS run unit, which is compatible with most of the Android related apps and software. The unit is speedy, and the sound quality doesn't seem to degrade when it reaches my speakers.What issues I have had, customer service has been very willing and happy to work with me to make sure I am completely satisfied. That is huge, when large name brands don't even treat their customers right these days.Summary ...Quality is serviceable.Customer support is responsive and they definitely go the extra mile.Solid 4 stars.

NO AUTO PLAY
Every time you get in the car you have to go into the Bluetooth settings and select your phone then select Bluetooth in order for it to play. This is an extreme inconvenience and if I had known this prior I would not have purchased this. Additionally them maps are slow and there is a very faint high pitched humm when on and not playing. Definitely not worth the money
