The Seeker's Catechism: The Basics of Catholicism

Are you looking for a very good summary of the beliefs of the Catholic Church? Then this well written book is for you. Couples who have a non-Catholic partner should share this book with them. This will enable them to understand the beautiful message that Christ came to give us from His Father. It has some devotional prayers toward the end which will help you ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit and provide a beginning for your prayer life.

This was a great book to help us review the teaching of the church. It was very easy to read, contained a great deal of useful information, and kept your attention. Many of us moms grew up catholic but need a refresher of why we believe what we believe and do what we do so we can have meaningful conversations about our faith with our children. This book is highly recommended.

I was interested in this for a future text but am not using at the present time.Just good to know what is out there for resources.Thanks again for your speedy service.

Have bought and given out many copies of this Catholic Reverence. Found to have simple answers for many of the questions people have coming into the church, even those not in the Catholic Church.

A well written and concise catechism for young people.

This little book is a great way to share the faith with those who don't know much about Catholicism. It would be my favorite choice out of all the books I have to give to those who want a basic introduction to the faith. It is written in very simple layman terms and serves as a preparation for more in depth teaching about the Catholic faith. Highly Recommended!

Absolutely amazing. As a catholic that has always struggled with some precepts of the faith, things that people on the outside call idolatry, or unbiblical, to read something that so clearly explained why the church leads us in those directions, was eye opening. I think no matter how strong your faith is, every one of us is a "seeker" and would benefit from reading this book. In fact, while I am typing this I am looking on my shelf for it... I am going to read it again!
