Wheels on chair kind of hang up when I just start rolling in chair.

So far so good with the mat, I just wish Amazon delivery drivers would READ the shipping label which clearly states to leave at the BACK door!

Maybe I'm just heavy, or maybe the carpeting is too thick, but the chair wheels basically sink into the mat and form depressions that I then have to scoot out of with a fair amount of oompf. I'm thinking of maybe replacing my chair wheels with those rollerblade style or trying to find a thicker, sturdier mat. In the meantime, I scoot with oomphf.This is not for hardwood, the nubs that keep it from moving around on carpet will dig into the wood and leave divots.Seems very durable. My dog of destruction keeps wanting to eat the nubs on the bottom. (She can see them through the clear mat.) Anyway, she's been trying to dig through the mat and hasn't left a scratch.

The three pack totally saved me the money. The mats are sturdy and durable. I only wish they were slightly larger, but they get the job done.

The impression for the chair rollers were present on day one. We put them in our office on carpet and rolled the chairs on top and closed the door for the weekend. By Monday morning, the impressions from the chair were already pressed into the mat. Now that we've had them a couple of months, the chairs roll into those spots and get a little stuck.

If you plan on getting these mats for at-home use, make sure your carpet is not too soft. I think these are meant for the thin, stiff carpet seen in office buildings, not the plush kinds found in homes. While the mat stays put, the lack of sturdiness means that the mat sort of ripples where the spikes are and flexes where the wheels of our chairs are. This makes rolling over it still fairly difficult. Ultimately I think that this is just because it is not actually made for our kind of carpet, so I didn't want to rate too low. Just be aware if you are purchasing for home office use.

They do the job. They feel very rigid and tough, and since they shipped flat there was no issue with having to unroll them. Unfortunately the chair wheels dig into the plastic mat quite a bit and it becomes hard to move the chair at all while you’re sitting in it. Could be an issue with plastic mats in general, not just this brand. Also, the little studs are too small for a higher carpet, so this is probably best suited for your more commercial, low carpet, not your standard residential or longer shag carpets. Both the chair wheels digging into the pad and the small studs means they move around quite a bit under the chair.

Just put down yesterday, discovered today it is very HARD to roll on this chair mat.
