So far it's great! Nice grip, pretty stiff handle, the weights are sturdy too and haven't had any cracks or other damages after a fair enough time of use. The set has plenty of forms, from dumbbell, to barbell, and kettlebell. Can work on all muscles in the body, from basic moves like squats, biceps curl, lateral raise, lungs, overhead press, hammer curls, and so on. The part which connects the two handles to form a barbell has a very nice cushion on it for squats for comfort, and bench press can prevent it from coming down and hitting the chest directly with no cushioning which might cause damages to your body, and ofc there's more use for this cushioning. For the kettlebells you can work your explosive on the legs or other parts of the body using other moves like kettlebell swing, windmill, press, and etc. The handle is very comfortable too. The two kettlebell handles can be used for deep push ups as well. So far the set is great, never experienced an issue with it. Happy with the purchase.

I bought this dumbbell set during this severe time. It brought me a lot of convenience. First of all, fitness at home has many benefits, it is convenient and does not require contact with outsiders. I used this dumbbells set do a lots of have movements, which can exercise my whole body muscles. I brought the 44lbs one and it was still very heavy when it comes. They have a kettlebell bar bell , and also push up set. I really like the connection rod. They middle part has 20mm thick soft foam which could prevent fatigue and strain. It makes me feel comfortable when I do the intense training. To be mention, the dumbbell’s quality is hard plastic, so you don’t have to worry about breaking things. You can do some squats, and other exercises.

Good value for the money. Not a high end set, but certainly sufficient for a casual at home gym user who doesn’t want to spend a ton. Excellent customer service, a piece was missing and they sent it quickly.

These are my first set of weights and so far so good, love them, and it’s perfect for me staring out!

Weights came all jumbled in a busted package. More than half were covered in some kind of oil like substance. One was covered in what looks to be dirt but when I smelled it, it smelled like dog poop. The instructions are all in some kind of Asian writing with no English option available. Not impressed. Overall pretty grossed out. Thinking these were someone's return?

Okay cheap product from China. Should be a good product for light home use. Items are just thrown into a box. Box had seen better days and was partially opened. Everything is a hard cheap plastic which is reflected in the price and was expected. Weights are off to varying degrees with one off by 1/2 lb. What you don't get from the pictures on the site is the length of the bars. They are long to accommodate for all the weights. But if you use only 1-2 you will have alot of excess on the sides. This affects the kettle bell the most. You won't be able to secure the weight or handle securely unless you use the extra clamps or nuts(maybe what the clamps are for). There will still be a large gap between handle and weight.
