Assembly requires specialized tool; good product once assembled
We bought the Kettler Coach 2 after researching various rowing machines that would be quiet enough to operate in our home while others slept. I have several hundred kilometers on the Concept 2 and we were aiming for a product like that, but we didn't want a fan rower because of the noise. Haven’t had the rower long but it is fairly quiet, it feels very sturdy, and the resistance and slide are smooth. The seat is quite comfortable; more comfy than the C2. Delivery was done by Kettler and the product arrived faster than the timeline listed on Amazon. Assembly was fairly straightforward with two people. Only complaint so far is that the assembly instructions require a torque wrench that tightens to 3nm. This specialty tool is not included with the product, we certainly did not have it in our house tool kit, and even our local Home Depot didn’t have torque wrenches that apply pressure at that low a level. After some research on what "3nm" of pressure entails, we ultimately tightened the screws with a regular wrench. This seems to have done the trick, but this product only gets 4 stars because it requires a specialized tool that we expect few have or can access easily.

Avoid - Bankrupt Company - Quality Issues - Similar to other Rowers that are 1/2 the Price
The Resistance knob broke on the second use, rendering the machine useless without repair. The Bluetooth feature does not work. 1 Month in and the cords are already frayed. I 100% do not recommend this machine. It may look good but looks are superficial and its build quality is closer to machines that are 1/2 the price. Oh, and Kettler is bankrupt and the warranty has been sold off to other parties - they did send a replacement resistance knob which was nice - to replace the knob you have to take the machine apart completely - took a little over an hour.
