I was pleasantly suprised with this product! I am a picky one with flavors. Many out there that people consider good flavors, I find gross and not accurate. This definitely is cake battery! In my head I was expecting more funfetti like and it wasn't, but that's okay. I think this will be solid for when I want to make something cake batter flavored but don't want to buy something so processed from the store. I think I did mess up the batch of frosting I made with this. I think I added way too much flavoring, which then made it kind of weird. So definitely start with a low amount so you don't overdo it! Otherwise I am happy with the purchase.

I’ve never purchased or baked with cake batter extract before. I came across a recipe for funfetti cake batter cookies so I thought I’d give them a try. They came out perfect and taste just like a funfetti cake! They were a big hit at our family bbq!! The price is pretty reasonable compared to other extracts at the grocery store. I would purchase again but I don’t think I will have too because a little goes a long way!
