THIS BELT is really really nice. The black and brown combo is beautiful. It seems hand tooled it really is a quality piece. Leather is thick. I'd say it's true to size. I got it very long for styling options. If you're on the fence definitely get it!

They've obviously changed the belt since they took the Tan-05 picture. I expected an almost natural colored belt with a pattern that looks hand-tooled with deep cuts. In the picture, the tooling is only in the front side, stopping short of the snaps. The belt I received is darker, more red, and the embossing is obviously machine stamped and mass produced. The leather is high quality, but extremely dry and stiff, and the snaps are cheap, silver-colored on the inside. At first, the snaps wouldn't stay closed, partly because the leather was so stiff. Also, the shiny black paint on the edges was peeling off in several places. I needed to scrape and sand the peeling edges, and apply a generous amount of leather conditioner to both sides of the belt to rehydrate it. Now that the leather has softened, the snaps are doing their job. The belt is pretty, and goes nicely with my western buckle. I think the vendor should update the photo to show the belt they are actually shipping.

It is a beautiful belt. I did have to send it back because I went off the suggestion on Amazon to order bigger. And it was too big for me.

Personal wear.

I like the belts. I ordered the black and the brown. Belts seem to be good quality and fit well. The problem I have is with the buckles. They are cheap plastic with no weight and my expectation is that they will fail in a very short time plus they just look cheap. I will definitely not use the buckles and will buy some good quality metal buckles.

So beautiful, impressed with the price, so much, I ordered the wrong size will gift and reorder.

Real leather !! Excellent belt , go 4 inches over pant size for a good fit , if your pants / waist is 32 then 36 fits perfect
