I been taking for a month now and see lots of different. My brain fog had lifted, I’m able to talk without forgetting what I’m talking about half way in a conversation. I’ve lots of energy . I could work standing 12/14 hours with ease. I could fall asleep easy at night and wake easy. Not dragging to wake anymore. I use to take Ginseng when I had insomnia for 11 years, and Ginseng cure my insomnia in 6 months( this was when I was in my early 20st. But I stop taking Ginseng ages ago until my body telling me now pls get ginseng again. I’m 57 now and start taking ginseng about a month now and wish I never stop taking ginseng all my life. The difference what ginseng did for my well being is priceless. Every morning I cannot wait to wake up and get some ginseng. I love the taste bcuse I’m so use to the taste. However I know some people might think the taste is terrible but to me it’s a nice. The benefit is more than the Acquired taste for some. I will not stop taking ginseng again.
