I did was the entire pillow and dry with dryer balls that had essential oil on it so mine don’t smell like anything other than that and i dried it enough to puff up and just took out the foam to the desired i wanted my pillow at like it suggest and it soft and slightly firm with it able to bounce back every time giving me great sleep and no flatness or neck pain

I really love these pillows. The unzipable outer cover is great for cleaning to get rid of those sweat and dribble stains.You will need to remove the stuffing to get to the comfort level you want as the pillow comes very overstuffed but this in no way is a bad thing.Affordability and customizing comfort is great. The pillow is soft and supportive once you get the stuffing to the level you like and I have had no lumpiness in the 4 months I have owned them.Note. Once you get them out of the compression bag you should throw them in the tumble drier on low heat to let them fluff up and then again after you remove the appropriate amount of stuffing

They are very fluffy, tough in how they hold up, reform their shape after each use, and always deliver the support you expect from a natural product. They exceed the foam and air type products on the market. No smells or odors immenate from them. Truly a high quality product. You can expect a good night's sleep when using them.

These are literally the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on! I did remove some of the foam from mine (maybe 20% ish) but my husband likes his the way it came. So they’re easy to customize for individual needs. They did have a smell initially but that went away after a day or two. I did wash the outer cover before using them

These have a very strong odor, even after washing the outer cover that took over a week to dissipate. I was not risking the dryer method they advise stinking up my dryer. I left these in a spare room with the window open (yes, the room took on the smell of them) and finally the smell went away after over a week.The pillows themselves are way overstuffed. I removed just about a 13 gallon trash bag worth of fill between the two of them. There is enough removed to make a third pillow.In regards to the cooling factor, I’m not sure it is there. These stay cooler slightly better than a solid non-gel memory foam pillow that I have, but not as cool as my currently used solid gel memory foam pillow. You will still find yourself needing to flip these over at times.In regards to comfort, they are mostly acceptable but I wouldn’t put them above others I have tried. With the fill being shredded, you do sink in more than you would on a solid foam pillow, but the foam also compresses which won’t bounce back entirely unless you fluff them back up.

These pillows stay cool all night, and cradle you with soft support. I'll never go back to a regular pillow!

I bought these thinking they were UK king size but the measurements are for emperor size so I've had to buy new pillow cases & protectors that are more expensive and now have spare, unused UK sized cases.

If you are someone like me trying different pillows because of your neck pain you should just give it a try. Packaging was really attentive. When I first open them they were pretty flat but they doubled their size in couple of hours. It is not soft so it will help to support your neck.I also found the price affordable when you compare the stores or other seller.
